Fantastic Villa
We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb and would absolutely rent here again. The location is perfect—close to everything while still feeling peaceful and private. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and every single one having its own balcony was such a treat. Waking up to those gorgeous ocean views each day was unforgettable. The property itself is beautifully maintained and very clean. The pool area is lovely, and having easy access to the ocean made the experience even better. A special highlight of our stay was Irma—she truly made everything exceptional. Her cooking is amazing, and she kept the place spotless while also helping with laundry, which made our stay so relaxing and carefree. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.
Great Girls Trip!
This condo is fantastic! 4 bedrooms, all with their own private bathrooms and a view of either the ocean or the lagoon. It was clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here! Steve the owner was extremely responsive and provided me with contact info to rent a catamaran on one day and also contact info for two massage therapists that came to the villa and provided massages and facials for all of us. And then there is the wonderful Irma and Paul, we had her cook lunch and dinner for us two of the days that we were there. Everything was fresh and homemade and was so good words cannot describe. When we arrived she had a pitcher of pina coladas waiting for us! It was amazing. We plan on going back next year!
Vacation 2025
Villas Nizuc #29 is an exquisite villa with amazing views. We had a group of 8 people, 2 families of 4. The villa is laid out so well that each family had their own floor. There are four very large bedrooms with their own bathroom. The views from the oceanfront bedrooms are breathtaking. The kitchen is stocked with every type of kitchen tool you need to make any food or drink. The resort grounds are beautiful, very well taken care of and the pool was very nice. The pictures on this website do not do the villa justice. Steve, the owner, is great! I probably texted him too much, but he never let on! I had never been to Cancun and had questions! He was so helpful, and if he wasn't sure about something, he looked it up for me. Irma!! I really can't say enough great things about Irma. She did so much for us while we stayed at the villa. She cooked, she cleaned, and cooked and cleaned!!! If we tried to do anything, she would stop us and say you are on vacation!! The dinners she fixed for us were awesome, and she keeps the villa immaculate. I would rent this villa again and again. I hope to make the trip back soon.

We had a fabulous time at this condo. The location was exactly what we wanted, in hotel zone but on the quiet end. The condo was great, all three levels were ours and the location was right on the beach. The beach and ocean were literally in our front yard, waking up to sit on the patio each morning was awesome! The pool was very rarely full, most of the time it was only our family. Irma and her son were there each day to clean, and boy did they clean! It was always so nice when they were finished. And we utilized her cooking 5 of the nights we were there. I definitely recommend her cooking. The dinners she made were better than we could get at a restaurant and overall the price was better. Homemade tortilla chips every day, her fish was spectacular, tacos, chicken, steak!! We aren’t picky eaters so we said they could cook whatever they wanted. I also requested some groceries for us, which we reimbursed her at the end of the trip.
